Returns & Refunds

ADM Systems Pty Ltd (ADM) will accept products back into stock that are no longer required in accordance with the below policy.

This policy only applies to ADM’s standard stock items. Non-stocked or special-order items are not covered by this policy.

Products Less than 6 Months Old

ADM will issue a FULL CREDIT (excluding freight) at the current price or the invoiced price (whichever is the lower amount) for any product that meets the following criteria:

  1. The units must be BRAND NEW and never been installed or used
  2. The product packaging must be BRAND NEW with NO pen or other markings, including labels
  3. The units are less than 6 months old (from the time of original invoice)
  4. A Goods Return Authorisation (GRA) number has been issued by ADM
  5. The return freight to ADM is prepaid by the customer

The GRA number must be clearly displayed on the accompanying paperwork sent with goods.

All returned items will be inspected to ensure they conform with the above criteria.

Any product that does not meet all the above criteria will not be accepted for a FULL credit.

If on inspection, the product has visible signs of installation, use, or misuse then a testing fee of no less than 25% will apply so that ADM can ensure the product is suitable for resale.

ADM reserves the right to charge an additional restocking fee reflecting the decreased value of the product(s) due to installation / use of the product(s).

Products Over 6 Months Old

ADM may agree to accept products back that are over 6 months old - using the same assessment criteria as for products less than 6 months old. A re-stocking fee will apply as follows:

Units purchased within the last 6-12 months: minimum   25% restocking fee
Units purchased within the last 12-18 months: minimum 50% restocking fee
Units purchased over 18 months ago: Not accepted.

Non-Stocked and Special-Order Items

Any item which we have designated as a Special-Order item cannot be returned for credit due to change of mind. However, valid warranty claims will be honoured. Any item returned under a warranty claim will be inspected to verify the claim.

Warranty Statement

Products found to be defective within 30 days from the date of receipt can be returned for credit or exchange.

After the initial 30 days, ADM will replace, repair, or credit the goods according to the manufacturer’s warranty period.

Goods should be shipped as ''freight prepaid'' to the ADM address shown on the GRA document.

ADM will inspect the goods and will replace, repair, credit the goods as deemed necessary. Replacement / repaired goods will be returned to the customer freight prepaid.

Any goods that do not fulfil the warranty requirements of the manufacturer, or exhibit an import fault (for example, the end user is at fault) will be returned to the customer with your next order. Should you not have a new order with us within 12 weeks, we will take possession of the unit.

If the warranty period has expired, it may be possible to repair the goods depending on the condition of the product. An inspection fee will be charged. This is deducted from the final cost of repair.
