Expanding ADM’s Technical Team to Deliver Bespoke Panel and Control Solutions

At ADM, we take pride in delivering practical, human-centric solutions, all made possible by our skilled and dedicated team. We are also pleased to welcome our newly appointed Technician, Josh Gladstone, who further strengthens our growing capability.
Josh is joining Grant Bates as ADM’s second fully qualified A-Grade electrician in the Technical Support and Service Team. With four years of hands-on industry experience, Josh brings a strong commitment to quality workmanship, problem-solving, and attention to detail. He never cuts corners, taking pride in delivering work to the highest standard – an approach that reflects ADM's commitment to providing reliable industrial power and engineering solutions.
Josh supports a wide range of activities including product assembly, panel building, and technical work. His positive attitude and professionalism in handling enquiries and managing projects have already made a lasting impression. One of his proudest achievements since joining ADM has been completing his first motor control panel project for one of the world’s top selling manufacturers of electric and pneumatic vibrators with presence in Victoria and over 30 countries worldwide.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys competing in weekly go-kart league racing, playing video games, and following Formula 1. His passion for precision, performance, and continuous improvement extends beyond the racetrack and into every project he works on.
As ADM continues to grow its technical capabilities, which includes integrating VSDs, power systems, or a vast array of sensors and control gear into suitable cabinets for our customers, we are confident that our team can help find the right solutions for our customers’ applications.
