ADM Annual Customer Survey: We would Like to Hear Your Insights
At the core of ADM’s business is exemplary customer experience. We can only achieve this by listening to you – our customers – and knowing your needs, preferences, and problem areas. It is in this regard that we are conducting our annual customer surveys this month, to know your thoughts and find ways for us to help you better.

ADM2030 – Onward and Upward
At the end of 2024, ADM established an ambitious growth objective for 2030. As we evaluated the path ahead, it became evident that reaching these goals would demand substantial internal transformation. To address this, we created the ADM2030 strategy to position our business for success and sustain our growth momentum.
One change we have started implementing is the rollout of our warehouse management system across our three warehouse locations – VIC, QLD, and WA. This upgrade aims to minimise picking errors, so we get the products you ordered right the first time. This also means increased productivity for our team as they spend less to no time rectifying delivery issues.
ADM has also begun implementing an employee support framework to monitor team performance, provide training and assistance, and check in on staff well-being. After all, our collective success depends on everyone being equipped and motivated to contribute towards a shared goal.
As we look to more transformations along the way, we are confident that with your support and insights, it will lead us onward and upward to our ADM2030 targets.
