ADM Customer Survey

ADM’s goal is to offer the best possible products and the best possible service to our customers.  

We are asking our customers to help us achieve this goal by answering a short online survey.  

The information that you give will help us review our product range and quality of customer service, to ensure that at the very minimum it is line with your expectations.  

ADM Listens to What You Tell Us 

Last year’s responses included some constructive feedback about our freight rates. As a result of this feedback we conducted a review. Our new freight rates were announced last month: 

  • The 25kg weight limit for has been removed from our flat freight charges. 

  • The delivery value for free freight was reduced from $10,000 to $1000 ex GST 

  • If a split delivery is required because we don’t have enough stock, we only charge for the first delivery.
